COMPOSITION OF THE MACHINE
The following is a comprehensive list of major items of supply.
DUPLEX TURRET UNWINDER
One (1) only turret unwind with twin regenerative AC motor braking system and flying splice facility. For mounting & dismounting of reel spool self shaft-chucking arrangement has been provided.
WEB CONDITIONING STATION
One (1) only hot air web conditioning cabinet located between the unwinder and the in feed station, complete with air supply fan.
INFEED STATION
One (1) only pull roller infeed station to monitor and control web tension between the unwinder and the first printing station of the machine.
PRINTING STATIONS ( Stations 1 to 8 )
Eight (8) only Rotogravure Printing Stations, non-reversible, with two drying cabinets having total 12 nozzles.
DRYING SYSTEM ( Stations 1 to 8 )
Each station has one (1) independent automatically controlled thermic fluid oil heat exchanger, an air supply fan re-circulating ducting and an exhaust fan.
LINEAR REGISTER COMPENSATORS
Seven (7) only ball screw linear register compensators with permanent magnet motors. (SLO-SYN Type)
OUTFEED STATION
One (1) only pull roller out-feed station to monitor and control web tension between the eighth printing station and the rewinder. (For description and operation see Section 4.2)
