AUTOMATIC OVER WRAPPING MACHINE MODEL : FLEX – OW - 1001 Flex Over Wrapping Machine is a simple, operator friendly machine, which can over wrap products like biscuits, soaps, and cassettes in over wrap gusseted pouch. This machine is designed to wrap the product in packing material like HSBOPP or any other single layer heat sealable film. The machine comes with an option of double wrapping with an inside wrapper of paper based packing material.
The machine is provided with an in-feed conveyer, which can stack the product and feed inside the forming section where the forming of the wrapper, gusseting, feeding operation takes place. The product after wrapping and sealing is passed in between Teflon belt at the out-feed conveyer. The machine is provided with a photo registration mechanism to ensure the proper positioning of the product and cutting of the pouch in accordance with the printing of the packing material. ?
